Dr Himashi Fonseka completed her medical degree in Sri Lanka in 1996 and underwent her postgraduate training and fellowship in General Practice in New Zealand.
She moved to Sydney in 2007 and has been working as a General Practitioner since.
She loves working in the fields of Child and Adolescent Health, Women’s Health, Fertility and Early Pregnancy Care and Mental Health. She also has special interests in Asthma, Atopy, Chronic Disease, Obesity and Preventative Medicine.
She enjoys being a family doctor and uses a comprehensive approach when managing patients.
